Autumn Songs
Grey Squirrel
Grey Squirrel, grey squirrel, swish your bushy tail
Grey Squirrel, grey squirrel, swish your bushy tail
Wrinkle up your little nose
Crack a nut between your toes
Grey squirrel, grey squirrel, swish your bushy tail
Apple Tree
Way up high in the apple tree
Two red (yellow, green) apples smiled at me
I shook that tree as hard as I could
Down came the apples, mm, mm, good
Apples are bouncing
Apples are bouncing, bouncing, bouncing
Apples are bouncing, all around.
Apples are bouncing, bouncing, bouncing
Shake that apple tree, Shake that apple tree, all fall down.
The Leaves are Red and Yellow – (Tune of Comin’ Round the Mountain)
Oh the leaves are red and yellow in the fall (in the fall)
Oh the leaves are red and yellow in the fall (in the fall)
The leaves are red and yellow and the pumpkins are so mellow
Oh the leaves are red and yellow in the fall.

Five Little Leaves
Five little leaves all bright and gay
Dancing around on a tree one day
The wind came blowing through the town (whooosshhh!)
And one little leave came tumbling down. (repeat with four, three, two, one)

Five Little Pumpkins
Five little pumpkins sitting on a gate
The first one sang, “it’s so late”
The second one sang “I hear noise”
The third one sang, “just some boys”
The forth one sang, “stay, it’s fun”
The fifth one sang, “let’s all run”
Then whoooo went the wind
And, out (clap or hit drum) went the lights
And, the five little pumpkins rolled
Clear out of sight.
