Celebrating Tu B'Shevat

If you visited the ECC today, you would hear lots of kids singing Happy Birthday to the trees! Seeing the cold, bare trees outside our windows, its hard to imagine blooming trees filled with fruits of all kinds! Therefore, many of our classes have looked to the internet for pictures of the trees in Israel and around the world. We've planted seeds for the Spring and brought in lots of fruit, fresh and dried, to enjoy eating in honor of the trees.
