If only you could smell the hallways of our school right now! Challah rolls, honey cakes, Raisin challah, and more are baking in the ECC kitchen.
If only you could hear the children in the hallways right now! Shofarot blasts and holiday songs can be heard coming out of every classroom.
If only you could taste what our children are tasting right now! Red, green and yellow apples dipped in honey have been a favorite snack for the week. And, today we are dipping challah in honey. Yum!
