Cheesecake, ice cream, butter and more!

During this past Shavuot, our children were thrilled to create all sorts of dairy products. We explored the tale of the mountains and discovered which one was fortunate enough to receive the Torah (hint: Mount Sinai). We also crafted our own classroom rules and made our own torahs. The highlight, however, was making ice cream and butter from scratch! It was a delightful dairy holiday!
